The School Bag Project is offering a FREE Girls Coding Program catered to Afghan girls (Grades 8-12) in Scarborough, ON.*Transportation costs and lunch will be covered. This program is funded by the City of Toronto: Identify and Impact Grant and in conjunction with the Boys and Girls Club of East Scarborough. 

This program will cover topics including: Python, Data Cleaning, Data Analysis, Model Building, Data Visualization, as well as a Resume Workshop.

The program will begin on April 20th and take place every 2 weeks for a total of 5 sessions.

 

While this program is intended for girls in grades 8-12, please reach out if you are interested but think you may not be eligible.
